Celebrating...something to celebrate with

Okay, it's not my fault.  I see all of these pretty cakes and since I love cake, I get distracted and somehow they end up here, sharing with you!  But this one, I just couldn't pass up passing on to you.  Are you ready?!!  Pancake cakes!!  That's right...I said it!  Pancake cakes!!  Or as they are titled on the site where the creator posted, cake batter pancakes.

I was over at "How Sweet It Is" and found this delectible delightful treat!!  And their post immediately grabbed my attention.  It started "I’m fairly convinced that the world would be a better place if more sprinkles were involved."  That is soooooooo true!!!  They believed that these cake batter pancakes should be saved for special occasions, but you know my philosophy...everything should be celebrated---so that doesn't limit the use of these.  And I laughed when the writer said "But I don’t need an excuse to eat cake and sprinkles. I believe it should be a daily occurrence."  My thoughts exactly!
